Looking for a part-time employee

We cater to the needs of the riders in the community including Road, Mountain, and BMX. We are a busy, growing, family run business with strong roots in the community. We service all types of bikes and provide a friendly atmosphere for everyone who walks in our doors.

Qualifications:

Willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills.
Must have bike shop experience.
A good communicator, both with customers and coworkers.
Commitment to customer service with a passion and interest in all things cycling and bike related. Knowledge of bicycle parts and components is a requirement.
A hard worker with positive energy and ability to complete work in a timely manner.
Basic computer skills, operating POS system.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Open to applicants under 18 years old, following legal requirements.

Job Duties:

Receiving, shelving, and organizing inventory.
Picking parts for service production, unpacking bikes, and other assigned tasks.
Interacting and providing great customer service on the phone and in person.
Motivated to sell bicycles and assist with special events in the community.
Maintain the inventory of bike parts and bikes.
Perform basic bike repair on a variety of bikes.
Other duties assigned by management.

Details:

Hours are flexible during the weekdays, but Saturdays are a must. Starting pay is dependent on knowledge and experience.
