Job Overview:

As a Bike Mechanic at Bike the Gorge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have safe and enjoyable biking experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of bicycles, from basic tune-ups to complex repairs. We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental fleet bikes and e-bikes
• Complete tune-ups and repairs on customer bikes and e-bikes
• Assemble new bikes and perform quality inspections
• Assist customers with bike fittings and adjustments

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a bike mechanic or similar role
• Strong knowledge of bike components and mechanics
• Ability to use various tools and equipment for repairs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary: 

$25-30/hour, depending on experience and schedule
