Job Title: Lead Bike Mechanic

Our goal is to provide a neighborly bicycle hub for customers of all needs. As a team of passionate riders and wrenchers, we strive to go above and beyond to support our customers whether they’re new enthusiasts, casual riders, or avid cyclists.

Job Description:

As a bike technician in a small, cohesive team, the candidate will support our customers with bike assembly, bike set-up, tune-ups, along with maintenance repairs so each bike is fit for its purpose and safe for its designated use. You will also provide product knowledge and perform sales transactions, delivering exceptional services while genuinely connecting with people.

The candidate should be able to perform the following tasks on all types of bikes:

• Bike fitment and setup
• Drivetrain install & adjustments
• Inner tube/Tire install & tubeless setup
• Wheel truing
• Hydraulic brake services
• Suspension maintenance
• General safety checks & tune ups

Successful candidates must be passionate about bicycles, dedicated to team success, and the willingness to listen and learn from team members and customers.  Training will be provided to help candidates achieve mastery of this position.
