Fluid Focus,LLC is a leader in the mountain bike suspension tuning industy. We also do a lot of International business selling our own small parts and springs. We own Super Alloy Racing, a high end aftermarket shock coil spring company.

Compensation depends on experience.

-Knowledgable with mountain bike suspension products. All make and models.

-Good understanding of how suspension works and how to adjust it.

-Able to rebuild suspension products to manufacure specs.

-Follow directions

-Driven

-Be honest and advise customers on what would be the best route of action when it come to tuning and service

-Checking in/out customers

-Answering emails and phone calls

-General shop help

-We are looking for a someone with drive, work ethic, and who is looking for a long term position. We are willing to train.

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary

Requirements

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills

- Previous experience in a customer service or clerical role preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Shipstation knowledge helpful

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Professional demeanor and appearance

- Ability to handle confidential information
