Campus Cycles is Hiring for a service writer position.

A little bit about us; We are one of the oldest shops in the front range. We just celebrated our 40th Anniversary last year. We are a Trek partner shop meaning we primarily deal with Trek and Electra brands but are interdependently owned. We are a fast paced shop with an emphasis on high quality service.

The service writer position is an integral part of our service department. They are the face to our customers when they entrust us to service their bicycle. You will be responsible for checking in bicycles, evaluating them for service, performing quick repairs, finding compatible parts for repairs, answering the phone, communicating with customers about their repairs and assigning work to mechanics.

We are looking for someone with customer service experience, at least a basic knowledge/understanding of bicycles and their components, a willingness to learn and be part of a team.
