About you:

We are looking for a service writer who can ultimately diagnose what customers need in a timely fashion and make suggestions on what they need for a fix and or upgrade. Its a position that requires you to be both mechanically inclined and a sales person. You don't need to be able to DO the repair, but diagnose whats wrong and be able to communicate that effectively and respectfully to the customer. Ideally this is a great position for a college student as hours are part time in the winter, full time in the summer.
