Have building on busy summer road excellent for bike business with also slower scenic shore road to town and park for safe biking. 

Need a professional bike mechanic to start the business with my help to repair bikes and possibly one brand of electric bike. 

Includes tiny off grid house, with garden and wood for heat, with ebike for transport.
