Bike Bobby brings professional bicycle repair directly to customers’ homes and workplaces throughout San Diego. We’re seeking experienced, dependable mechanics who enjoy working independently, solving problems, and providing friendly customer service.

What you’ll do

• Diagnose and repair road, mountain, hybrid, kids’, and electric bicycles within your technical expertise.
• Perform tune-ups, flat repairs, brake and drivetrain adjustments, safety inspections, and accessory installations.
• Explain recommended repairs and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Travel between appointments and maintain clear service notes.

What you’ll bring

• At least two years of professional bicycle mechanic experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to complete common repairs independently.
• Knowledge of modern bicycle components and safe repair practices.
• Reliable communication, punctuality, and a customer-focused approach.
• Your own professional bicycle repair tools and a smartphone.
