🔧 Responsibilities

• Perform expert tune‑ups and diagnostics on all bike types: road, MTB, e‑bikes, BMX, kids’ bikes, etc.
• Handle drivetrain overhaul, suspension servicing, hydraulic brake bleeding, wheel truing, build custom wheelsets, tubeless setup, hub service.
• Install and troubleshoot electric‑bike systems (motors, batteries, displays, wiring).
• Build and customize bikes per customer specs and store standards.
• Maintain organized, safe work areas and maintain an optimal parts inventory.
• Counsel customers on repairs, bike upgrades, and proper maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics and riding staff.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, efficient turnaround, and top‑quality workmanship.

🎯 Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of hands‑on professional bike shop mechanic experience.
• Proven Expertise across the full bicycle spectrum—including e‑bikes and suspension components.
• Proficiency with hydraulic brakes, wheel‑truing, drivetrain overhauls, custom wheel builds.
• Excellent mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to train/lead junior staff and teach preventative maintenance.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, well‑organized; able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced shop environment.
