Our bicycle shop is located in Longmont, Colorado (Boulder County).
This area, known worldwide for outstanding cycling and outdoor activities at our doorstep, is where we call home. With beautiful views of Longs Peak and the front range, Longmont is a spectacular place to live and work!

Our shop opened in 2016 and is a small but growing, women-and-community focused storefront. We love to have a good time at work and frequently have customers, neighbors and friends dropping in to the shop. Our focus is providing great service to locals and visitors alike.

We are currently seeking a bicycle mechanic to work in our shop. This individual should possess the following:

-Some experience working in a bike shop is beneficial, but retail or customer service experience is a necessity.
-The individual should be confident and capable discussing bicycles, parts and various cycling brands with customers, as well as possess a willingness to learn/gain additional skills.
-Barnett's or UBI certification would be beneficial
-Outstanding customer service skills
-Able to multi-task -" have the ability to switch between working on bicycles, helping customers, answering shop phone, and keep on task.
-Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy
-Have good references
-Have open availability (the shop is open M-Sa 10a-6p and Su 11a-4p, with minimally varied hours in the winter)
-Social media experience is helpful, but not required

The shop is locally owned by a couple who are experienced in working on/with bicycles, but who depend on the reliability and skill of their mechanics to ensure customer needs are met. The individual who will be a right fit in this position will be comfortable working with all different types of people/members of the community, have a can-do attitude, and possess the skills for outstanding service. Salary will commensurate with experience.
