-Job Summary
The Bicycle Service Technician/Manager is the front line and point person of our service department for our store and the brands we carry. We are a family owned and operated store since 1961.
The service manager is ultimately responsible for maximizing operational performance of the repair shop and will lead a team of service technicians. As the service manager, you will constantly be learning about current and up and coming technology with the ability to educate staff members and customers while providing outstanding service.
Duties would also include: assists with bike sales and any other sales floor duties as needed & parts ordering.
-Must haves-
A passion for cycling and the industry.
2-4 years of previous bike shop repair experience with a proven track record.
A clean driving record with providing a background check.

-What you will need-
Excellent communication skills.
Willing to learn.
Must be willing to work as business dictates.
Ability to stand for extensive time periods.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs or more.
Familiar and extensive knowledge of : E Bikes, Hydraulic Brake Systems, Suspension Systems, Di Shifting Systems with a PROVEN track record.
Familiar with POS and parts ordering systems.
- An Advantage if you :
Hold a Bicycle Repair Mechanical Certifcate.
Educated through "Specialized Bicycles" and completed Specialized University as we are a Specialized Bicycle Dealer.
*Winston-Salem is a cycling mecca that has a strong Gravel/ Mtn bike & Road Racing presence

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Winston-Salem, NC 27127: Relocate before starting work (Required)
