Bicycle Transit Systems (Bike Transit) is a Philadelphia-based woman-owned business whose mission is to operate bike share systems that create connections in our communities and protect our planet. In partnership with the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC), the RTC Bike Share system was launched in downtown Las Vegas in 2016 with approximately 20 stations and 200 stations and 200 bikes and is preparing for additional growth in 2023. We are currently looking for a dedicated and talented Asset Recovery Coordinator!

The Asset Recovery Coordinator will coordinate with the Technical Operations Coordinator, assigned contractor and law enforcement in the recovery of bikes and/or equipment across RTC's operating regions, as well as assist with all field tech work. The Asset Recovery Coordinator will collaborate with different departments to gather information on potential missing bike locations and identify theft/loss patterns. They will work under the guidance of the Technical Operations Coordinator (with accountability to the General Manager) to ensure that assets are recovered in a timely manner. The role will work with the Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing Departments to reduce the rate of bike loss and will complete all reporting associated with bike recovery. The Asset Recovery Coordinator will also implement long term projects and programs that will reinforce the position of RTC as a public bike share system.
