High gear Bike shop
Description
- Repair & Diagnostics: Conduct complex mechanical repairs, safety inspections, wheel truing, suspension work, and electric-bike (e-bike) troubleshooting.
- Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, mentor, and schedule junior mechanics.
- Inventory & Parts Management: Monitor stock levels for service parts, tools, and supplies, and assist with shop ordering.
- Customer Service & Consultations: Greet customers, diagnose issues, provide repair estimates, and explain proper bike maintenance.
- Safety & Standards: Ensure the workshop meets safety guidelines, proper tool maintenance rules, and quality control protocols.
