At REI Co-op, we're looking for a Bike Shop Supervisor to lead our shop operations in Bedford, New Hampshire. This role blends technical expertise, team leadership, and business management, creating an opportunity to help cyclists stay rolling while developing the next generation of bike mechanics and service advisors. The position oversees shop production, technician training, workflow optimization, service quality, and customer satisfaction while serving as a key member of the store leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of bike mechanics and service advisors.
• Drive efficient shop operations, service quality, and production goals.
• Coach, train, and certify technicians to deliver industry-leading service.
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and turnaround times to meet rider demand.
• Create an outstanding service experience that builds customer loyalty.
• Ensure all repairs and assemblies meet manufacturer and REI quality standards.
• Partner with store leadership to grow the cycling business and strengthen community connections.

• Experience leading a bicycle service department, bike shop, or outdoor retail service operation.
• Strong bicycle mechanics knowledge and repair expertise.
