The UBI secure server uses an authentic Thawte site certificate and SSL server. This assures you of complete privacy and security when submitting credit card and personal information over the Internet. However, some older browsers, like Netscape 3.x, may receive an error message when try to access a secure page. This is because the browser is outdated and too old to recognize newer certificates. You can bypass the message by choosing "Continue" and you will still have a secure connection (as noted by the visible padlock symbol). Also, some WebTV systems are incapable of viewing secure pages.
